Mission Wear was established as a Non-for-Profit under 501(c)(3) charitable Organization under the Internal Revenue Code in 2007 by Beth McWhirter. Contributions to Mission Wear are deductible under section 170 of the code also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code. Mission Wear is also classified as a public Charity under the code of Internal Revenue.
